I never figured out why people are so amazed at the sound of a V6. 90% of the time they sound good!

The Stratos engine was also a 65 degree V6 with straight intakes and a 60mm stroke.
Most modern V6 engine are 60 degree turbos with at least an 85mm stroke. That makes a huge impact on noise. Exhaust on the stratos was equal-length headers too, I believe.
